Seyyed Mohammad Bornapour born in 1988. He got his bachelor degree in field of electrical power engineering in 2010, Jul from the University of Rajaee in Tehran. He was the first rank of his undergraduate season. His undergraduate thesis was entitled by “new development and application of brushless DC motors”.

He earned his master degree in field of electrical power engineering in 2013, Jan from Shiraz University of technology and his thesis was entitled by “optimal placement and sizing of combined heat and power fuel cells in distribution network considering load forecasting uncertainty” (Supervisor: Professor Taher Niknam) and He earned his Ph.D degree in field of electrical power engineering in 2017, August from University of Isfahan and his thesis was entitled by “Coordinated Scheduling of Combined Heat and Power Units in Micro Grid Considering Wind and Photovoltaic Units”. (Supervisor: Professor Rahmat-Allah Hooshmand).

Currently he is Associate Professor of Electrical Engineering Department of Yasouj University since 2017, September.

His research interest include Optimal Operation and Planning of Power Systems; Optimization in Distribution Networks; Distributed Generations (Fuel Cell Power Plant, Wind Turbines, Photovoltaic); Combined Heat and Power (CHP); Reliability Evaluation of Power Systems; Electrical Market; Micro Grid; Optimization methods in power systems and distribution networks; Evolutionary Algorithms; Stochastic Methods.
